The ISPO exhibition is one of the most important event of the year- showing the latest news, trends and developments- in the sporting goods industry.
At the ISPO Munich more than 2.800 exhibitors of snow sports, outdoor, health & fitness as well as urban took the opportunity to present their latest products over the course of four days.
It has been my very first time at this event, hence it seemed a little bit overwhelming in the beginning. There have been 16 halls that are structured according to the before mentioned fields. Therefore you’re best prepared when you take a look at the directory first and check what interests you the most so you don’t miss out or overlook certain exhibitors.
Overall the exhibition booth designs were mostly well designed, however I found it interesting that especially a few of the more ‘unknown’ and small-budget brands had the most original and exciting stands. To mention one- nordbron, that surprisingly is a Turkish brand, had a beautiful nordic design and cohesive exhibition booth. They were also the only ones that put in a little more effort and had a giveaway bag with a lovely branded, high-quality notebook and beanie.
Regarding the originality of the exhibition booth design, Birkenstock (believe it or not) was another brand that looked fantastic and put a lot of effort in details. Absolutely beautiful to walk through the stand!
